  1. Great workout tonite everyone! If that felt a little out of your comfort zone -- YOU WERE DOING IT RIGHT! Just remember, the rest and recovery period following a hard workout is the most important component. It's during recovery that your body is rebuilding itself--stronger. So always take an easy recovery day after a hard workout day. Especially anything involving the same muscle groups or same activity. Talk to ya later!
