Running in the heat

Make sure you are hydrated during the runs in the heat. I suggest running in the morning when it is a bit cooler.

Monday, June 15 run

I'm going to have to skip out, folks. My excuse is I'll be back in my home town of Boston for five days. I'll be driving a Penske truck for two days so my right foot will get a work out (no cruise control). I'll have to do extra mileage June 22 to make it up, huh, leaders?
